A bright and breezy Provence rosé whose style sums up the lighter side of these wines. It is fruity, fresh, very clean and crisp. The perfect companion for warm days. Will accompaign all types of gourmet apero, grill, japanese food such as gyozas or chinese dumplings or more traditionnaly with a bouillabaisse (french fish soup), a couscous, or a tomatoes and fresh basil salad.

While all rosés from Provence are bottled in February, les Jolies Filles are bottled ever 12.000 bottles, this is why his taste is so fresh and the wine is so light and clear.
